The Caldwell Gun Club – Nampa, Idaho, Shooting Range is an excellent place for you and your family to shoot for the first time or for seasoned veterans to practice their skills.
We are conveniently located in Nampa, Idaho, and have all the equipment you need to ensure a great experience.
At the Caldwell Gun Club, we know how important it is to have a place where you can relax and enjoy shooting. That’s why we’ve built an environment for shooters of all types. Whether a beginner or an expert, our range has something for everyone.
We’re all about giving you the best shooting experience possible. We have a shotgun-only range near Nampa that is perfect for people interested in a little more than just target practice.
The public is welcome to come out and shoot at our facility, but you must bring your shotgun that’s in good working order with shells and eye and hearing protection. You do not need to get ammo for your gun as we have plenty available for sale -while supply lasts!
You can call ahead to ensure we have the supplies you need available or stop by on Thursday (from Noon PM – 4:00 PM) or Saturday & Sunday mornings when we are open during daylight hours (from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM). As always, we encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns!

Sporting clays is a shotgun shooting sport in which participants attempt to break aerial targets thrown in various ways, usually from stations on the ground. You can shoot sporting clays from multiple angles, with one or more shots being fired per station. It is similar to trap shooting but with traps located behind the shooter rather than on either side.
